We understand we are all facing an unprecedented challenge in this current crisis and all our priorities have shifted. These are uncertain times and our customers’ focus will naturally narrow towards keeping your team and families safe.

Like us, those that can will be discussing or implementing remote-working plans in response, along with other measures to protect employees while ensuring business continuity, so if required we can carry out live meetings with our conference facilities which allow for screen, photo and file sharing plus live video. We can provide a dial in or web address for this secure service. If this doesn’t work for you please send photos and provide as much data as necessary about new applications or if you are seeking replacements then the tagging plate from the existing instrument. We will continue to provide a quick, cost effective and technically sound solution wherever possible.

For any out of hours Siemens support please call this number 0845 850 7600 selecting option 1. You will require the serial number or model code of the instrument. This is a call back system that operates 24/7, the calls are registered with a unique number that must be quoted if anyone else or further assistance is required. The call back time is approximately 40 minutes, you will get an English speaker who will understand the instrument you require support for.
