Labom Pascal Ci4 differential pressure transmitters with isolation manifolds, piped into a stainless steel enclosure ready to be mounted on a ash handling plant to monitor filter blockage. There is very little room to run cables in the area so we have gone wireless using Turck Banner Ltd wireless nodes and receivers.
The Labom Pascal Ci4 comes with a stainless steel housing as standard, 100:1 turndown, HART7, ATEX and option for SIL. The display doubles as a programming device which can be moved easily from one transmitter to another for quick access to the parameters and easy set up.
The team at Clarke Welding were involved in the fabrication and installation of a 316 stainless steel six way manifold box, ladder racking and 10mm 316 seamless instrument tubing as part of a differential pressure transmitter project for a bag filter installation. DN15 SCH40 316 nozzles installed into the bodies of six filters as reinforced connection points for the instrument tubing to terminate.
