Process Instruments are thrilled to announce that we are now supporting the Suffolk Wildlife Trust
Suffolk Wildlife Trust is the county’s nature charity – the only organisation dedicated wholly to safeguarding Suffolk’s wildlife and countryside.
The Trust has led local nature conservation efforts in Suffolk for five decades & has saved some of the county’s most important wildlife sites as nature reserves. In the past eight years the Trust has spent over £7 million buying land for wildlife & currently cares for nearly 8000 acres of some of Suffolk’s most inspiring wild places.
Project Update
We have been contracted on several occasions to carry out calibration of temperature, pressure and flow instrumentation at local power stations in their outage.
The time period is very narrow and often working around a number of other trades. All calibrations are done using our Beamex MC6, MC5, pressure modules, pressure pumps, dry block calibrators and the Beamex CMX library software.
At each power station we have calibrated approximately 120 instruments per site & we produced UKAS traceable certification.
Team Update
In September we Celebrated Ian Brown who has been with Process Instruments for 10 Years.
As Internal Sales Manager, Ian produces quotes for customers, places purchase orders with our suppliers & liaises with our customers, suppliers & our sales team.
Product of the Month
LABOM RESISTANCE THERMOMETER PT100 CLAMP-ON TECHNOLOGY GA2610
The resistance thermometer in clamp-on technology is used for temperature sensing & process control, mainly for sterile applications in the food & pharmaceutical industry.
The GA2610 can be quickly & easily fitted to all existing pipework. There are no changes necessary to the piping & no welding required.
