I will do the legwork to make sure the solution we offer is the best solution for the customer and the process. In my free time, I spend a lot of my time with my wife and two daughters, a little bit of gardening and playing video games.

About Karen Davis

My role as General Administrator covers a variety of tasks to support both the Service Team and Logistics Department. From ensuring the relevant procedures are carried out for the engineers to be booked out on site, paperwork and certification is up to date, completing customer follow up calls, updating our PPE/Training/Equipment logs and ensuring that the office supplies are maintained it helps that I enjoy being organised and kept busy ! My life outside of work consists of spending time with my family, visiting various places of interest, walks and exercise classes at my local gym.
